3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information:

2. Identification of the material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
3. Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
5. Your signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Our Response Process

Upon Receipt of Valid DMCA Notice:

• We will promptly investigate the claim
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if the notice is valid
• Notify the content provider of the removal
• Process typically completed within 2-5 business days

Upon Receipt of Valid Counter-Notification:

• We will send a copy to the original complaining party
• Inform them that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10-14 business days
• Replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10-14 business days following receipt of the counter-notice, unless our designated agent first receives notice from the complaining party that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

6. Affiliate Links Disclosure

Our website contains affiliate links to VPN services. We create original reviews and comparisons. If you believe any content infringes your copyright, please follow the DMCA procedure outlined above rather than the VPN providers' DMCA procedures.

7. Good Faith Requirement
